The challenge

What the client needed

An entrepreneur in Lagos was building a commercial laundry plant from scratch to serve hotels and restaurants in the Victoria Island area. They needed a full production line capable of processing 3 tons of linen per day, with steam heating (they had access to natural gas), and everything had to fit in a 200m² facility. Budget optimization was critical — they needed maximum throughput per dollar invested.

Our solution

What we delivered

We designed a complete production line: 4× 150kg washer extractors (hard mount, steam heated), 4× 100kg tumble dryers, 1× 3.3m double-roll flatwork ironer, and recommended a compatible steam boiler. All equipment was shipped in 3× 40HQ containers with a professional loading plan that maximized container utilization. We provided a full facility layout including equipment positions, steam piping routes, water supply, and drainage plans.

The ROI projection showed the plant reaching breakeven within 14 months at 70% capacity utilization.

Equipment:
4× 150kg washers · 4× dryers · double-roll ironer · folder · steam boiler

They didn't just sell us machines — they helped us plan the entire facility. The container loading was perfect, not a single centimeter wasted.
